The parking lot is quite spacious, the service at the reception is fast and friendly, the security is also friendly, the lobby is spacious and comfortable, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the windows and doors of the back rooms face the swimming pool, making it easy to access directly to the swimming pool, but the wifi in the room is not strong enough, glasses and glass jugs are provided to be refilled in the hallway of the room, there is a swimming pool for children and a swimming pool for adults with a depth of 1.2 meters and is open from 7 am, and there is a gazebo for relaxing, the fitness room is also clean and comfortable with friendly staff, next to the hotel there is a seafood restaurant, empek-empek and so on. There is also a prayer room near the hotel lobby, and there is also a prayer room / mosque in the Griya Mustika Complex which is next to Novotel

I once asked for a bar of soap, because I'm not used to using liquid soap... I told the housekeeper who was cleaning the room... she said no, sir, I'll try to find it for you, sir... eh, it didn't take long for her to give it to me... thank you, sir... the housekeeper was very quick, sir... this kind of thing must be maintained, sir... top-notch service...

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The service remains good, but the room amenities need improvement, as some of them are in poor condition (the door handles sometimes won't open directly, and the sofas are in a shabby condition).
