We had a wonderful stay at Novus Giri Resort & Spa in the Premier Garden Room. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and smelled great. The amenities were complete, and everything was well maintained. The warm pool was a big hit with the kids, and there were fun activities to keep them entertained. The food was delicious, and even our toddler enjoyed every meal. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. One night definitely wasn’t enough! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back again.

My first experience staying at Novus Giri Puncak Hotel was truly satisfying. All the facilities were excellent, well maintained, and made my stay very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the staff’s hospitality, they were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to come back again

All staff are polite & friendly, the SOP is 👍🏻 and even, the atmosphere is very beautiful, lots of shady trees, the hotel area is clean, the staff is fast response, the swimming pool is also clean, my husband & I really like the type of hotel with a unique concept that is still natural with a touch of wood / natural stone but is well maintained (because almost all hotels now have a modern minimalist concept), yesterday I stayed with a baby and the staff immediately offered a baby box, there are several hotel facilities that are kids friendly too, for the taste of food & the price is also okay. Hopefully the good service will be maintained 🫶🏻

The ambiance is amazing. The room is traditional, yet solid and very comfortable. The view from the room is really good. Can still feel the breeze of Puncak. But the food... especially the sekoteng. Can be improved....

The location in Cipanas is close to everything, including Alam Sunda. The facilities are great, including a playground for kids and Rabbit Village. There are also plenty of swimming pools, some of which are near the playground. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for mini golf and horse riding. Overall, the room was okay. The surroundings are great. The lighting at night creates an exotic Bali-like atmosphere. Next time, I'd like to try a room on the ground floor with a Garden/Valley view. 😍

The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel environment was pleasant and calming. Shady, beautiful, and surrounded by greenery. The swimming pool was aesthetically pleasing. All the aesthetic features of the building were truly pleasing to the eye. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Unfortunately, the food and service in the restaurant were disappointing. On my first day of stay, the spiced chicken and crispy fried fish were incredibly salty. I mentioned this to the chef at the egg station. The taste of each dish lacked umami. The restaurant was dirty, staffed sparsely, and plates piled up on every table. The usual pattern was that staff would clear the tables after guests had left. For the two nights I stayed here, I only saw two or three staff members on duty at breakfast, more or less. After checking out, I went to the lobby cafe. I approached the waiter to ask for a menu, but was told to get one myself at the cashier's desk. Oh, I thought you had to get one yourself. Other guests after me, as soon as they sat down, immediately handed them menus. What was the difference? I ordered a club sandwich, and the grilled chicken inside was dry and tough, with no flavor (I've attached a photo). Our stay here was very pleasant, peaceful, with clean rooms and excellent facilities. Perhaps the only thing that needs improvement is the service from the F&B team and the taste of the food.

The best service from GRO Saskia and the HK team under Mr. Edi and the staff Mr. Asum who were amazing in preparing our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. But unfortunately my vacation was ruined by a staff member named Jejen, a golf court staff member, the worst we have ever encountered. He didn't explain the rules of the game and didn't accompany the children while playing, he was just busy chatting and playing on his phone. He suddenly stopped the children's game, saying it was already role 16. Using logic, a 3-year-old playing randomly doesn't know there are roles 1, 2, 3, and suddenly, less than 10 minutes later, he said the game was over. No one accompanied him, not even one of the staff. The staff were just busy playing on their phones and chatting with other employees. I hope the GM and management follow up on the staff who should be kid-friendly but are the opposite. Our child was traumatized by staff who behaved like that and doesn't want to play or meet them.

Hotel Novus always makes you feel comfortable and at home, never wanting to leave. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. The service is great. I just missed my terminal plug, and there was no confirmation via email. Sigh. But otherwise, it's great and makes me want to come back again ❤️

The toilet has a bathtub and no shower. Totally difficult to take a shower in a bathtub. Also, cleaning can be improved. The staff are good and the location is excellent. My suggestion to them is to renovate the premium rooms' toilets and fit them with showers.

Due to a health condition, I was unable to go through with my stay at Novus. Unfortunately, they offered no option to refund or reschedule, completely disregarding my circumstances. I am very disappointed by the lack of empathy shown. I don't expect to be 'treated like a king', but I do expect a business to show a bit of human decency and consideration when health issues arise
