Accommodation with a nice view, good facilities (it would be even better if each guest was provided with hotel slippers, the restaurant/cafe needs to be reactivated)...Very happy with this accommodation.

really really really really satisfied staying here .. the room is great and clean, the receptionist service is very friendly .. beyond expectations I say .. if I go to Batu I will definitely come back to stay here, it's cheap and nice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cold area, very cold water, want to take a shower but the water heater is broken, have complained but no solution. Wifi is very bad, keeps disconnecting, there is a terrace for smoking but no ashtray, the sink is clogged. The room smells of mold. Very uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is close to various tourist attractions in Batu, it's just that its position is in an alley, but it's still okay for 2 cars to pass through. The parking area is also not too much. But for a homestay, this place has advantages, namely a swimming pool and a rooftop area that has a pretty good view👍

After returning from Batu Malang..can't wait to give a review for Palm Asri Guest House...the first one was impressive because I brought my family to book via Traveloka for Superior Double..got the 1st floor so the car could park right in front of the room..clean bathroom..sugar coffee & mineral water provided..worth it for that price to get a double bed & spacious room. Amazing again, there is an additional trundle bed on each bed, so it is very suitable for bringing family & even happier in the morning there are already many food sellers offering their wares from pecel..naskun sate etc. so I'm not confused about going out of the inn to find breakfast even though there are also many food sellers and others around the inn. For the location close to BNS Jatim Park & other tourist attractions, next time I want to book here again if I go to Batu..Lopee for Palm Asri Guest House🧡🧡

For the price, it's quite cheap. With that price, you can get 4 beds. Hot water is okay, cleanliness is quite clean. I can repeat staying here again.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the rooftop area and swimming pool are clean, it's just that the lights on the rooftop are turned off at 8 pm so you can't stay there for long. The staff are not very friendly but it doesn't matter, the important thing is that the facilities are okay. It's just that the location is in the middle of an incline/decline so if you want to go out for a walk, it's quite a walk

First time here, and I am very satisfied. 1. The first impression of seeing the building is modern, from the outside it looks clean and well-arranged. 2. All the staff are friendly and ready to help. 3. Entering the room, I immediately liked it, it smells soft, very clean, exactly like the one in the Traveloka photo. 4. TV, AC, wifi, shower, sink, kettle, all work well. There are tables and chairs on the balcony, inside there are chairs and a clothesline. 5. Mattress, pillows, bed cover, all comfortable, clean, no stains or odors. 6. Power outlets within reach, no confusion when charging your cellphone. 7. I stayed here for 2 nights, on the second night, the staff gave me a change of towels, mineral water, coffee and additional sugar. 8. There is a rooftop for all guests, lots of tables and chairs, there is also a small swimming pool. 9. The view is very beautiful. Next time I go to Batu, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is very strategic, next to BNS, close to Jatim Park 2, and various tourist attractions around it, comfortable rooms with mountain views, especially the view from the rooftop, no less good than the view from Bukit Bintang, the staff is friendly, basically I've been a regular here, recommended for everyone who wants to travel to Batu.
