NVER LEARN FROM THE MISTAKE AFTER A YEAR CAME BACK STILL THE SAME. .
1) TOILET LEAKING . AND ALL THOSE WATER NOT WORKING GOOD. U CAN STILL SEE YOUR WASTE ALL OVER THERE. DISGUSTING
2) I EXTEND 2ND NIGHT DUE TO MY USUALL HOTEL HARMONI SUITE IS FULL . I EXTEND 9AM ON THE 22/07/2025 . I WENT OUT BREAKFEAST. CAME BACK AT 10:40AM.. - 1HOUR 40 MINUTE CAME BACK AND COMPLAINT. HAVENT MAKE UP THE ROOM . I WENT DOWN LOBBY. SIT THERE . AFTER COMPLAINT I SIT AT LOBBY UNTIL. 11:20 . NO RECEPTIONIST IS BORDER TO UPDATE IS IT DONE OR NOT. . THEY LAUGH AND CHAT AT THE COUNTER HAVE THEIR OWN SWEET TIME.
*TO MANAGEMENT U SHOULD FIRE THEM ALL UP * VERY VERY RUBBISH SERVICE.
