The rooms are minimalist and comfortable. There's a sofa-like area. There's also a water dispenser in each hallway so you can refill drinks. The rubber in the bathroom is starting to get a little moldy. Perhaps it could be done with some maintenance/rejuvenation. During my stay at Pop, I didn't see any security guards available to help with parking.

The check-in process is flexible, so if you don't have cash for a deposit, you can use your ID card and it will be returned after check-out. The location is also close to Transmart, there are massage chairs, and it looks like there is a clinic inside too. But please improve the breakfast, especially the snack jar section, because there are more than one or two people eating, so at least there are tongs for the snacks at the breakfast bar 🙏🙏

Everything is very good, clean and comfortable, the location is strategic.

The faucet wouldn't fit into place, and when I turned it on, it often fell off, hitting my head. So I had to hold the shower head while showering.

Okay, for this price class

Is it because it's a new building? The first time you enter the room, you can still smell of paint. The cleanliness of the rooms also needs improvement, but the amenities are comfortable and complete, feeling like a premium capsule hotel.

Check-in was around 7 pm, very tired from the trip. Actually, I came here just for transit because I was checking out the next morning, from the beginning, it turned out there was no security here even though there was a room, I don't know why, no one was directing the parking. After that, I wanted to check in, but I had to take the elevator first, there were 2 elevators but one was broken, which took a really long time. Until the receptionist checked in, my intention was to get to my room and immediately rest, but it turned out the AC was VERY FUCKING HOT, we had waited until 8:30 but there was no change, I went to the receptionist and wanted to move rooms, my room was still very tidy and while I hadn't unpacked my things, they said the technician would fix it, okay, we waited, after it was fixed, they said we had to wait 30 minutes, and yep, nothing changed at all. Because I was lazy and already tired, so I went to sleep in a very satisfied state☺️

The room was immaculately clean, tidy, and comfortable, with complete and fully functional amenities. The hotel grounds were also very well maintained, providing a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere throughout. Overall, the experience was truly memorable and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
