Very best pop hotel on surabaya. I've got sky scrapping floor room! Given best view of surabaya and theyre facilites are so good and completed, there are alfa express which is micro mini market inside the hotel! But there one thing I hate from pop hotel are tube bathroom. I hate this type bathroom.

The rooms smell, there are hairs everywhere, toilets weren't cleaned (previous guests urine was on toilet seat), the bedsheets had stains in on them, the pillow cover was stained and there were cockroaches in the room.

It is budget hotel. Nice for short stay or transit. Small room integrated with bath room module. No cupboard, all storage is open. But the employee service is extraordinary. 6 stars
