The room was not clean, there were lots of cockroaches, the toilet was not working properly, the AC was not cold, the toilet was rusty, there were lights that were not working and were broken. Basically there was no good maintenance. My suggestion for the future is that this hotel must be well maintained.

Kamar tidak bersih, Banyak Kecoak, Toilet tidak berfungsi dengan baik, AC tidak dingin, Toilet berkarat, ada lampu yang tidak menyala dan rusak. Pada dasarnya tidak ada maintenance yang baik.. Saran saya kedepan nya hotel ini harus maintenance dengan baik

I stayed one night and was very disappointed. The room felt damp and unclean, and the sheets appeared to have not been changed. The toilet was also dirty, with a slippery floor and a stained toilet bowl. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor.

One thing that is happy with this Hotel, the staff is very friendly and honest. The receptionist smiles sincerely even the Bellboy is also very good at giving information. Not the best hotel in Banda Aceh City but I assure you one of the best SERVICES I have ever received.

Really disappointed staying here, I was given a broken room. Everything was problematic, from the lights, AC, to the broken entrance door. The service is very bad. Just come here once and will not repeat again even if given for free. 🥺
