The no-refund or rescheduling policy from both the hotel and the app disappointed me as a customer, even though I checked in at Savero without the app a week earlier due to a wrong booking date. Please provide a policy, as I've paid but not stayed, meaning the app or the hotel is taking the customer's money.

The perfect choice for UI graduation ceremonies, the hotel is conveniently located near the UI campus. Access to the hotel from the toll road is easy. There are plenty of alternative dining options and supermarkets/convenience stores nearby.

Our stay in room 302 was quite pleasant. From the reception to the room, the entire hotel area smelled like spa-like lemongrass, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. It was perfect for a staycation! 🌿✨
The downside: the parking lot felt inadequate, making it a bit of a hassle when there were a lot of guests. Furthermore, the room wasn't soundproof—noise from outside or from the next room was still quite audible.
But overall, it was a good experience; the stay was comfortable and satisfying. 👍
