The worst hotel ever. No house phone, no breakfast until almost 8. no hot water after 9, water leaking in bathroom. why say this is a 3 star hotel? I checked out early and asked for a refund for my second day. let's see if traveloka is sorry for giving me a bad holiday and give my money back.

Really bad service. So disappointed. Your rate is really funny to give that high. They even didn't have a hot water with this cold weather in Parapat. Also the room smell bad with almost all the stuff already old and seems to broken soon. Really really bad and can't wait for tomorrow for check out.
