Very much loving my stays here. The staffs are nice and accomodating our needs. However the hallways seems a little bit dark (we stay at fl.5 on the smoking area). But the rooms ambience says the other way. Would definitely choose this hotel over and over again.

At first I was annoyed because I was given a smoking room, even though I was staying with my children, taking 2 rooms, thankfully the manager immediately decided to find another room that was a non-smoking room. Thank you, Ma'am. Furthermore, the experience of staying here was very pleasant. The room was clean and fragrant, the sheets and towels were clean white. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel's strategic location is in the city center, close to culinary and Bangka's typical souvenirs, the hotel service is satisfactory, only the parking location is lacking because the parking area is in an open area.
