I had the pleasure of staying at 101 Dago during Lebaran Holiday, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The lobby had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and I immediately felt at home.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the luxurious and large bedding, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with good quality toiletries.
The hotel’s location was perfect – close to supermarket and restaurants.
One of the highlights was the excellent check in staff, Rahman, and the restaurant staff, Afrizal.
Beside that, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
Whether it was the concierge’s helpful suggestions for things to do or the housekeeping staff’s attention to detail, it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority.

It was a pleasant stay for sure! My fam and I got my room upgraded for free: 3 nice place, good hospitality, totally satisfied! The only thing I find lacking on this hotel is the fishy glassware during the breakfast and the noise from the street:")

The room is clean and enough space to three person. I like the meal for breakfast. So many choices even there are several flavors of ice cream. The valet is very helpful because there is not enough parking space. One thing to make it better, you can put extra water dispenser. So not too far from the guest rooms.

Thank you for the hospitality during our family short trip. It was really great experience! Did not expect that the request has been realized by the staff. They’re really helpful and cheerful. The food kind of limited but not too bad. The room was OK nothing’s matter, maybe need a change in towels. The pool very cold at 6 am although the space very small looks like a kids' pool. Overall 101 Bandung was a good stay!

The only improvement only for the parking space. the basement actually is space enough for parking but apperantely there was a bunch of remining demolition material that cause difficulties to park although the valet service is available.

I absolutely loved staying here! The hotel is comfortable and clean, the rooms are also very comfortable, there's a carpet separating the clean area from the shoe area (?), and there's a personal assistant to help us customers! Yesterday, I was assisted by Mba Mayang, who was very lovely.
Anyway, if I go to Bandung and plan to stay in Dago, I'll definitely go to 101!

First time staying here, friendly staff, fragrant room from the lobby, corridors and rooms. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. There is a water dispenser on each floor. The parking area is a bit narrow but there are always officers to guide you so it helps to park the car. Always success... 👍👍❤️❤️

We arrived at 2:00 PM, check-in time was 3:00 PM. The staff told us to wait while the room was being processed. We asked again at 3:00 PM, and the process was still ongoing. Finally, the room was ready at 3:30 PM. The check-in process was slow and the answers were unclear. Parking is cramped, the swimming pool is small, and the gym is small.

Overall, it's nice and the parking lot is full, there's valet parking on the land next door, which is very helpful. It's close to everywhere. Only for the type facing Dago, the glass should be double glazing to be stable. But generally it's okay.
