It seems like this is not a 4-star hotel, the lobby is quite complicated, there is no staff serving in front of the lobby. Have to go down and call when checking in. The hotel corridor smells bad, the carpet is not well maintained. Hotel room, I initially got a room with AC that was not cold, the technician tried to fix it. But it was still not cold, finally we asked to be moved and thankfully there was another room available, with cold AC. However, the TV is not yet a smart TV, still an old-fashioned satellite TV. The cleanliness and fragrance of the room are also not optimal. The cleanliness of the bathroom is also not up to the level of a 4-star hotel. One of the male receptionists had bad manners, but the female ones were all nice. The restaurant is clean, but the food variety is very minimal, only 1 side dish of fried fish, no other variations, for a 4-star hotel, even when asking for instant noodles, they only gave half of an instant noodle from 1 pack. Hopefully this hotel can improve its service and quality to a 4-star class. You appreciate the friendliness of the bill boy who helped us, the team of technicians who tried to fix the AC and helped us move rooms

BEST!!!! All the staff are very friendly and helpful without discriminating against customers! Security is also very friendly and always takes the initiative to help if they see guests having trouble carrying something, even in the middle of the night they are still friendly to greet! Good job The receptionist is also friendly and the check-in and checkout process is fast. The parking lot is spacious and not hot, it is very safe to bring a motorbike/car. On the top floor there is a church, so if Sunday there is a service. But so far it is safe, the elevator, parking are all safe. The room is also quite okay, the AC is cold, the hot water is all on, the amenities are also complete, there is also a hairdryer. But the hotel is in the same area as the old city station so in my opinion it takes quite a bit of 5-10 minutes to get to the city Overall good.

Very berry good service overall. They upgraded our room and okay to extend the checkout time because our flights are delayed. Also, the shuttle pickup service is easily adjusted when the flight is delayed.
