I stayed at this hotel because I had work at EO in LTC Glodok, and the location was very convenient—just a short walk away. Overall, the service was very good, and the price was also very reasonable. Most importantly, the room was clean and the air conditioning was cold, which was more than enough for a good rest after a full day of work.

The staff is friendly, and I like the hotel's classic, natural feel. My suggestion is that some customers might not understand how to use the facilities, as they're still so classic. They could perhaps be educated on some things like how the doors can actually be locked by turning the pliers upwards, etc. But overall, I like the classic feel.

As for the service, it was very good, but the room was not very clean, there were no towels or foot mats, the telephone was broken, so it was difficult to get anything, many of the lights were not working, the room smelled, maybe the hotel could be improved.

The executive room was large and comfortable. However, the entry card was very sensitive to electromagnetic interference, requiring a reset at the front desk. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, though I found it a little lacking in salt (fried rice, fried noodles, and rice cakes with vegetables).

Though it is an old hotel with older facilities, the offered price is still decent. It is within walking distance of LTC, one of the largest offline technical product markets. The room was spacious compared to other hotels around the area. The staff were quite humble and helpful throughout the stay. Cleanliness was just average. This was my second stay, mainly for exploring technical products located just across the hotel. Recommended to stay.
