The rooms and toilets are clean, comfortable, the service is satisfactory, the room facilities are quite complete, it is quite difficult to find a hotel with cleanliness like this now for a very cheap price, strategic location there is a Starbucks under the hotel, the hotel location is very strategic to the airport 10 minutes, just located at Legian and tend to be jammed every afternoon/evening want to go back to the hotel by car, very satisfied staying here and it is one of the hotel choices because the cleanliness, starting from the bed covers, towels etc. Everything is perfect, the floors are all properly mopped so the room is fragrant and clean every day.

It is awesome, in the center of crowd, and easy access to the bay. The hotel was not glamour, but just simple for eat and sleep.

Improve the breakfast variety plz, staff could be more friendly, there are no greetings whatsoever if we run into one of the staff there, last but not least, check out process should be more faster. Thanks.

Ask for twin bed. It was basically queen bed. Food were OK, but the hotel is too noisy.

The staff was amazing, restaurant staff at dinner was so friendly, professional and multitasking. We feel really welcome. Breakfast was good, the staff was attentive, the room was clean, it has two pool and the sky pool was great to enjoy a cocktail while watching sunset, we would love to be back next time ☺.
