The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

Perfect Location, Good Parking Space, well maintained especially for a hotel that is almost 10 years old. Good staff, Perfect size for the room. Value for money. You can upgrade the room with only 50K IDR for the one with the balcony. F&B are a bit pricy though. Prefer to have delivery from outside. Don't forget to try out Giannis restaurant next door. This hotel is perfect for business trip.

Alhamdulillah, the service is good, the room environment, the hotel environment is clean, safe, except there is no RCTI channel, hehe.. Oh yeah, the TV channel is annoying, please fix it so it can be better. The hot and cold water is okay... Alhamdulillah, free parking too. Thanks.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the security in the basement parking lot is also friendly and very helpful. The room is minimalist but very clean and fragrant. I ordered one with a balcony, so I can breathe the Bandung air in the morning 😄
The location is indeed a bit far from the city, only closer to the Pasteur toll road. But it doesn't matter because the hotel is really worth it!!! The atmosphere of the hotel area is also clean because it is in a complex, in front of the hotel there are also those who sell fried rice and porridge in the morning so if you are hungry it is very safe 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

There are no tables & chairs, you can't relax, I'm confused about touch-ups even though there are some in the photo, and there's only a mirror on the sink. The sink is outside the bathroom near the entrance to the room, which is not nice to look at & strange. There are only soap & toothbrush for toiletries, no shower cap (at least there should be 1). The breakfast is delicious. The hotel smells good

The location is not very strategic. If you want to borrow a hairdryer, the hotel only allows you to borrow it for 1 hour, which is the hotel's SOP. So at 9 or 10 pm you have to call to pick up the hairdryer the next day, you have to ask for it again. And you have to call at 5:30 to have it delivered. It's really annoying.

The hotel staff is friendly, the kids are happy to stay at this hotel, the hotel is green with lots of fresh green plants, the pool is clean, the room is clean and fragrant, the toilet is clean, the location is strategic, there are no obstacles at all during the stay here. I will definitely come back here next time.

The first time I stayed here, I really liked the hotel and its facilities. There is a minimarket, pool, restaurant and mini cafe. The room is also clean. If I go to Bandung, I will definitely stay here again
