The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

Perfect Location, Good Parking Space, well maintained especially for a hotel that is almost 10 years old. Good staff, Perfect size for the room. Value for money. You can upgrade the room with only 50K IDR for the one with the balcony. F&B are a bit pricy though. Prefer to have delivery from outside. Don't forget to try out Giannis restaurant next door. This hotel is perfect for business trip.

When I stayed over a long weekend, I got a corner room, and it was very small, even though it had a balcony.
But I was very happy because the staff was very kind. They helped me move to a room that wasn't too corner. They helped me carry my luggage, and everyone greeted me with a smile. Although the parking lot was cramped, they still helped me.
The public facilities were pretty good, the swimming pool was adequate, but when it was busy, it felt chaotic. The playground was okay.
The location is close to the Pasteur toll road, so there wasn't too much traffic.
I didn't try breakfast here, but overall, the service was very pleasant.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and fragrant, and the location is quiet because it's close to the complex, allowing for a comfortable and peaceful rest. For a hotel priced around 300 rupiah, it offers a comprehensive range of facilities, including a gym, pool, restaurant, minimarket, and even a rooftop hangout spot. It would be a great choice for another vacation in Bandung, and hopefully, the service will continue to improve.

The room isn't very spacious, but the cleanliness is top-notch. I appreciate it!
One concern I had was that the bathroom shower wasn't wudhu-friendly because the shower head had an upper wall inlet and there wasn't a shower cap, so my hair got wet.
But what really impressed me was the restaurant. The menu was extensive and delicious, from main courses to local snacks like tahu gejrot, meatballs, and even kupat tahu (fried rice cake with tofu). It was amazing!!
I'll definitely choose V Hotel again when I visit Bandung 💖

For the low price, it's totally worth it. The kids got a lot of freebies like cotton candy and ice cream, and they were really happy. The only downside is that the pool is only 120cm, so the kids can't swim. Best of luck!

Amazing and incredible 👍 moment. An extraordinary, exciting experience, hopefully the service can continue to improve, because Hotel V is the first place I encountered hospitality and certainly broadened my experience of staying throughout my career working in government.

Honestly, I just found a hotel as comfortable as this in Bandung, the intention of staying because of the stress of thesis turned out the ambiance was really nice, even bringing my little brothers was really that cool because there are playground facilities, swimming pool, gym that are really clean !! plus the price is super WORTH IT paraaahh, then the restaurant is also fast if you are hungry at night, plus the STAFF are all friendly, masyaallah very satisfied with the service🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️ next I will come here again, thank you V Hotel for being my best staycation friend, wait for me to come back again😁🩵🩵

I didn't expect the hotel to be so complete for that price. The indoor playground is spacious so the kids can play to their heart's content. The swimming pool isn't just any swimming pool either. There's a mini market, so it's nice to be able to grab snacks at night inside the hotel. There's an electric car charging station. The beds for the double and twin beds are huge. I originally wanted an extra bed because I was bringing kids and my parents and younger sibling, but I only booked two rooms, afraid of being cramped, but it turned out to be very spacious. The room is very comfortable, not cramped. The downside is the soundproofing with the hallway, it feels really noisy when someone passes by, especially since I have two babies. The wifi is intermittent. But, if asked if I might stay there again if I go to Bandung, I think I will. For a kids-friendly, cheap, clean, complete, and comfortable hotel, V Hotel is really suitable.

The staff was great. We were happy to have a basement, which provided ample parking. We were a little disappointed; we booked two queen-bed rooms, but small cockroaches came out of one of the rooms at night. It wasn't a queen bed, but two single beds combined, which was uncomfortable because it was split in the middle.
