Check-in took a long time, and we tried to request a refund or reschedule, but the hotel didn't respond. A month ago, I booked for December 6, 2025, and then it was changed to December 5, 2025, and when I contacted them, the hotel didn't respond.

The hotel is strategically located in the city center, the food is delicious, the room is small, the bathroom is smelly, the pillows are hard, it should be replaced with softer ones, the TV remote sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Thank you for lending me a prayer robe and an iron for 2 days.

A strategically located hotel close to the beach and offices. However, the hotel sheets and towels need to be replaced. Yesterday, I got a hexos room, and the bathroom was so smelly that the toilet leaked into the room. I asked to be moved and was immediately greeted with kindness. I had to request that the hair dryer not be attached to the bathroom. The room was small. The fried rice breakfast was delicious.
