Tempatnya asik karena dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan mall serta cafe dan restaurant. Dari segi kebersihan pun sangat bersih. Namun, untuk service dari front liners nya yang mungkin perlu di perhatikan kembali. Saya padahal sudah add special request saat pemesanan agar dapat room dengan fasilitas smoking room serta early check in di jam 12.30 Wita. Saat datang, nampak situasi lobby memang sedikit sibuk. Receptionist nya ramah memang, tapi kurang bisa memberikan pelayanan yang saya minta. Roomnya di kasih yang non smoking dengan alasan room lain belum siap dan kalau mau menunggu nanti di pukul 14.00 Wita baru siap. Saya sempat minta upgrade saja ke kamar lain, tetap di sarankan saya untuk dapat menunggu di lobby. Nah buat yang baca nih, kalau semisal mau early check in dengan room yang kalian minta di special request, untuk hotel ini mungkin bisa di pertimbangkan kembali. Saya yang niatnya ingin sarapan pun sudah bad mood duluan. Overall, hotel nya strategis bagi yang suka belanja dan hiburan.

Tempatnya nyaman, dekat mall. Banyak pilihan tempat makan disekitar kawasan. Perlu diperhatikan kebersihan selang air untuk mesin kopi yang menyediakan capuccino, milo dll.

I don't think it 's a very good experience, but the staff is very enthusiastic and very efficient. I initially booked a room with a view of the sea. I was sure that the photo showed the sea when I made the reservation. I don't know what went wrong. After I went there, I was told that the room I booked was not a sea view room, and there was only one room left. The door lock was still broken, but the lock was changed within an hour or two, and We paid extra the next day. Changed to two-bed room with a view of the sea.
