My stay at the ASTON Hotel was truly satisfying. The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The receptionist service was also excellent, especially Mas Jenri, who was friendly, polite, and helpful from check-in to check-out. His explanations were clear and his service was professional. What made me even happier was that I originally booked a Superior room, but ended up being upgraded to a Deluxe. 😄 It made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended 👍

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in the hotel along with our son and daughter-in-law who were married outside of Manado and held the reception at 4 points.
It was a very enjoyable stay - the facilities were outstanding and the staff were just wonderful, nothing was a bother to them - we felt very welcome and will stay again on our next visit to Manado.

The room I booked was fully booked. I was upgraded to a larger suite. The suite was very comfortable. The room was large, with a separate living room and a dedicated dining table in the living room. The bed was very comfortable. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The hotel was really good, I was given a room that was upgraded to a deluxe room at no additional cost, the staff helped me check in an hour earlier than check-in time, and when I was about to check out, I was offered breakfast that could be taken to the airport even though check-out was at 3 am, and there was no deposit at all.

First time staycation at Grand Luley, overall very pleasant and satisfying... Check in was quite fast, had time to move rooms because the initial room was on the 3rd floor hehe... The room was clean, nice and fragrant, the AC was cold. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Overall, it is recommended for those who want to staycation. It is indeed an old hotel, but I quite enjoyed my stay there because the hotel staff were very friendly and responded quickly when I asked for help, the rooms were nice and spacious, access was smooth, the swimming pool was nice, the hotel atmosphere was comfortable, the parking was spacious, the rooms were also spacious, carpeted, and the bathroom had a bathtub too.

The staff were friendly every time we checked in, and the hotel's atmosphere was cool, quiet, and quiet. The bedrooms were clean and the towels smelled great! I'll always want to stay there again when I have time to go to Manado. Hopefully, next month, my family and I can enjoy the atmosphere at the Jles Hotel again.
