Wonderful experience! Spacious room, there were 3 rooms within an apartment being used like a hotel for rental. This seems common in area as the apartment next door was also owned and rented out. We met one very family in hallway. A lovely couple stayed in the room or shared space. We had a accessible little fridge with drinks and counter with some snacks. This was wonderful as we appreciated the water especially during this summer heat. The owners allowed us to enter earlier which we needed as we were exhausted.

The location of the hotel is convenient if looking for something close to the train station however we felt very unsafe. Lots of loitering and homeless. The front desk was on a personal call and we waited for her to finish before she gave any attention to us. We had to use an elevator that took us to a back elevator to our room, it was sketchy. Our room was dirty and eerie upon arrival- we booked another hotel immediately, didn’t even bother taking our shoes off at this point. I would not ever come back. Wasted $200.

We only stayed here for 2 nights. The place was very close to Milan Central station. Restaurants are also close by. The room clean and spacious enough. I’d stay here again and recommend it to friends. One suggestion though, elevator floor needs to be cleaned. For 2 days , no one picked up dirt on the elevator floors .

I was a little skeptical of a hotel near the train station, but the hotel was very clean and really quiet. We had an inner courtyard room, which might be quieter. The rooms were roomy enough, bigger than what you would get in other comparable cities. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel. I'd stay there again. In fact, I will in a couple weeks.

This hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale, super convenient for short stays. Did not feel unsafe walking at night. Local atmosphere, conveniently close to laundromat and groceries. Transit anywhere in the city easily.
Unfortunately only half of the e property has been renovated. Rooms in the back of the hotel are needing upgrades. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
