IHG 호텔, Holiday Inn Express MILAN - MALPENSA AIRPORT

말펜사 공항에서 가까워서 동료가 예약한 것 같습니다! 아주 깨끗합니다! 다만 일반실 늦게 예약해서인지, 그라운드 플로어 였고, 룸 안에 물이 없는 게 좀 불편했어요!

Poor location. Not so close to the airport. Front service was poor. There was no slipper in the room; even not possible to get one by call to the front; the first hotel to me not possible to get a slipper.

A little far from airport. Provides paid shuttle.

리워드 숙박으로 늦은시간에 체크인하게 되었습니다. 전반적인 서비스는 친절했고, 베드나 룸 컨디션은 좋았으나, 화장실은 제대로 청소되지 않았고 쓰레기통도 비워지지 않았습니다. 어떤 착오가 있었는지 모르지만, 청소가 안된 화장실은 실망스러웠네요. 호텔 위치는 공항서 걸어갔다면 약간 거리가 있고 어두웠겠지만 크게 문제는 안될것입니다.

음식은 훌륭했으나 청소 상태가 약간 문제가 있었습니다.

Terrible check in process, unkind counterpersom on front desk. They say water is provided but there was no water. Despite I request the water as they wrote on app, they refused. Airconditioner make loud noise, but doesn't make room cool. I had to open the window.

공항 근처에서 노보텔 호텔 바로 옆에 무료셔틀타고 nuovo?여기서 내리면 가까워요. 아침조식 저녁레스토랑 괜찮아요ㅎㅎ

near to airport and busses

While close to the airport, it is not easy to find on the free shuttle bus and signposting is scarce, so definitely book the hotel bus 15 euro per room if you can. Check-in super quick and efficient, good drink selection at the bar and great food and service in the restaurant. Breakfast included, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and usual continental selection. Return shuttle bus on time and easy to book.

The rooms are not clean very small and the hotel it self isn't the best. You can spend the same money and get better accommodations close by.

They serve dinner as well until 10:30 pm which was very convenient. Free breakfast option as well

Very nice hotel when arriving late in Milan. The only downside was the noise in the breakfast area – especially from staff clearing and setting tables, which caused quite a bit of clattering. Otherwise, everything was great and I’d consider staying again.

Excellent property. Great customer service. Not a lot of food choices in the area. The local town restaurant requires reservation.

Very happy with this hotel and the staff have been friendly, efficient and helpful. The only criticism is that the shower head needs replacing as it moves around. (someone has misused it at some stage).

Helt OK hotell. Litt gammel kaffeteria vibe over frokostsalen. Grei frokost, men ikke mye ekstra. Sengene var harde, men rommene var rene og personalet var hyggelige.

Great access to the airport with a fuel station nearby. Breakfast is good. Beds ok. Bathroom/shower good. But Air Conditioning didn't work and after calling down twice to get someone to come fix it we gave up.

Brand new. Very Clean. Next to airport so get both airport noise, freeway noise…Additionallt we were unfortunately above the giant AC unit which did not cool our room but did make opening the tiny window impossible because of the noise. Room was stuffy, bedding was synthetic which made the night particularly sweaty.

Internet is very bad!

Very good hotel, clean rooms, very good breakfast. The only bad experience was the WiFi horrible!!!! Was very disappointed about that, I need WiFi to work and was very difficult to connect to the internet.
