Truly the best of Europe! Small ancient town with excellent hotel and surroundings. Eliana is owner and treated us like family. 2 hours by train from Rome. If you want a true Italian culture dive, stay here. Awesome food, town piazza.

The only reason why we rated this hotel a one is because there is no zero option. It is rundown, feels like a horror film movie and had no air conditioning, the one window in our bedroom opened to an enclosed foyer with no possibility for fresh air. It was sweltering in our bedroom all night, although they did have a little fan for us to use, and we couldn't sleep. The bathroom is straight out of 1970. Shower was the most strange thing I've ever bathed in. We were only supplied shampoo. There was no mini fridge or freshwater. The TV didn't get any channels and it definitely wasn't smart. The young girl at the front desk was very nice. Maybe skip Trevi all together and stay in Spello instead.

We had a warm welcome after a long day's walking. The room didn't have windows, but was very charming, and done in an old style. Trevi is a beautiful place and I recommend staying in Hotel Trevi.

Hotel Trevi was probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had as a tourist! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the owner does everything he can to make sure your stay is convenient and relaxing. Their dog, Bruto, is a good boy also! If you’re visiting Trevi, staying at this hotel is a great way to get a full experience.
