Dreams Rose Hall Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

This was such a waste of money. The property was nasty, and the food was horrible. The room had stains on the door wall, restroom. I wish I had listened to some of the reviews. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone. I really just don’t have anything nice to say about this place. On the last day our transportation we booked through here, never showed up to take us to the airport. We almost missed our flight.

Not as advertised. Limited dining and staff fighting with guest for food in the dining room was very shocking to me

I loved this resort! My daughter really enjoyed all the activities offered and the vacation vibes it gave! Will definitely come back.

I'm so happy I booked this resort, and I'll definitely stay again. Room was clean, many many food options, multiple pools. The resort is big, I managed 12000 steps in one day there. Things I didn't like: Check in process was quick, but the person ahead of me in line took more than 15 minutes. Getting a spot by any of the pools is almost impossible unless you get up early and place a towel. Not ideal.

We stayed at a different resort in Montego Bay 2 years ago with AMAZING food, so we were really looking forward to having really good food again, but that was not the case. There are really only 2 restaurants… and they open at 6:00, but if you are not in line by 5 pm you will not get in. If you get there @ 6 you will have a 2 hour or more wait. The Rum Room, 2 of the 5 of us ate anything… it was terrible. The Seaside Grill is pretty good if you are a person who likes to eat pasta. The buffet is hit or miss. Sometimes the food at dinner was good and then sometimes it was WAAAAY out there type of food. It’s a buffet it should have something for everyone, but not this one. Good luck even getting ranch dressing for your salad. The buffet at breakfast isn’t bad. I only went to the buffet for lunch one time, walked around to see what they had, and walked right back out. The coffee shop has wonderful coffee. Mangoes has good food for lunch. It would be nice if they had more options though. Room service is a joke. you have a pay a delivery fee if you want anything off of it. By the menu, it seems that lot of their food is the better than everywhere else. The pool with the slide is the one with the swim up & lazy river. They play music so loud you can’t even have a conversation with anyone. that pool is in very poor condition. There aren’t enough tubes and there is none regulating it, so people are always fighting over them. RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR OWN. The concierge desk is a JOKE

This was our 3rd time in thie resort, 2023,2024,2025. This year we realized that the resort was understaffed, also food was limited although it is an all inclusive resort. As importantly the beach was horrible with extreme weed making it a challange to get in to the water. In the previous years they had an equipment amd staff who cleaned the beach and all seaweed in the am. This year we were not happy as a family of 4. Next year we are going back to Jamaica but to a different resort.

just a wonderful place - very family friendly - always something to do - friendly and helpful staff -- bathroom in the hotel room had some issues and the hutch in the room had a door that was broken but nothing that we felt we needed to change rooms for -- it was a wonderful family place -

I liked most things about the property and my stay, except this place is constantly noisy, everywhere, all the time! It was hard to eat a nice dinner out or have a thoughtful coffee break with my husband. I know it’s a child and family friendly environment but the constant noise and music blasting (often from competing sound systems) just made it difficult to truly rest and relax which was why we were there. I recommend at least a lower volume on music for dining background sound so that families can actually have conversations over meals without shouting.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Rose Hall in Jamaica and, overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. While the food was surprisingly good, other aspects of the stay were disappointing. The check-in process was slow and lacked the welcoming atmosphere I had hoped for, and staff interactions felt impersonal. The beach wasn’t well maintained and had a lot of seaweed, which took away from the usual Caribbean charm. The coffee shop was also kept uncomfortably cold, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the space. Some of the resort amenities and items felt overpriced, and the wait times at on-site restaurants were consistently long. It was frustrating to wait that much during a vacation. The music volume during meals was also noticeably high, which made it difficult to enjoy a quiet dinner. We also ran into a reservation issue, having accidentally booked for one adult instead of two. While we reached out to the booking site right away, the process to correct it was unhelpful and resulted in additional charges. It was especially frustrating given that this was meant to be a special occasion for us. In the future, we’ll likely book directly with hotels to avoid issues like this.

Had an amazing time. Could not have been nicer. Beautiful property, food was fantastic, great entertainment, and entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of activities and things to do.
