The location was great. The hotel was old and the rooms were small. They did not let us check in early but did check our bags while we waited. There was construction going on but it did not effect my stay.

This place is perfect for tourists, easily walk from Namba station and right near the canal for visiting Dotonbori. Plenty of places on the door-step to see, perfect location.
Beds were bigger than I expected based on room size. Very nice place with free toiletries and in the perfect location.

Pillows too hard, most of my breakfast “hot” food was cold. Bread was stale .. breakfast was less than satisfactory. Smallest cups ever and coffee had NO taste. Canned fruit!!! Vegetarian options??? Was my first time to stay with this company .. I am researching hotels to bring tour groups so I was considering your hotel but I feel it is not suitable. I have lived and been coming to japan for 30 years. I am so disappointed in my stay. Staff were ok. I didn’t feel as though I could sit and enjoy my stay as there is limited seating in the lobby and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean and I liked the under bed storage. It was convenient but probably won’t recommend to my clients. Overpriced.

Room wasn’t too big but you don’t travel here to stay in the hotel room all day so it did its job. The best part was how close it is to Dotonbori and everything we wanted to see on our itinerary as it was center of it all. The trains were close by as well. The hotel looked very clean and decorative from the moment you walk in and there is a 7 eleven less than a 30 second walk away!

The property is within walking distance to major tourist areas. The poor rating was due to an alarm that sounded for several hours in the middle of the night. It made the night very uncomfortable and staff had to be notified before it was eventually turned off.

Room was tiny, beds up against walls with about a foot space between them. No closet at all, only hooks and hangers on wall. Suitcases had to be stored under bed. Almost a 12” step up into bathroom.

This is a great hotel for travelers looking to either get a feel for the night life of Dotonbori or go on a shopping spree at Shinsaibashi or Americamura.
You are just minutes away from Dotonbori Bridge and Shinsaibashi.
The hotel has a laundry room with a couple of washers and dryers you can use. If those are full, there is also a laundry mat just across the street to the right.
A short walk away is Namba Station. You will be very familiar with this station. It has numerous entrances and can get you many places you want to go. It is also a super convenient station to be near if you are planning to go to Universal Studios Japan.
The hotel bed is super big compared to other Japanese hotels I’ve been in. They even keep extra pillows under the bed if you need them. They also have storage under the beds for your luggage, which is a nice feature.
The hotel staff if friendly. I didn’t interact with them much beyond getting help with luggage transportation, but they were always smiling and asked me if I needed help with anything.
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It gets my recommendation.

This hotel is in a good location and has the basics but is nothing luxurious. Very uncomfortable bed. In your room you can hear the noise from the hall/other rooms. When we arrived, pillow cases were not on pillows, we only had one towel, and cleanliness questionable.
