This hotel keeps up with the reasonable comfort and quality of the Route Inn chain. Parking was convenient, if a bit strangely placed around the building. Breakfast had good variety. The room was a bit dated, but was clean. The bed was moderately hard and lumpy, and the lumpy, stiff pillows were not very comfortable, but that seems post for the course in mid range hotels in Japan. The area was convenient, though, near a supermarket, fast food, and a local Indian restaurant, not to mention the freeway. And all only 20 minutes from Matsumoto Castle.

当日所用ができ、駐車場に車を入れ、出かけ、後からチェックインでもよいか、事前に電話で尋ねたところ、快くOKしてくださいました。
チェックインもスムーズでしたし、ツインの部屋もとくに問題はなく、大浴場は清潔で快適で、全般良かったです。

ルートインは車移動を前提にしているので、何処も駅からは遠い。歩ける距離ではあるが、キャリーバックなど荷物が有ると少々大変かもしれない。大浴場は良い。朝食ブッフェは普通。塩尻の場合はタクシーが少ないので、翌朝の予約は前日にとの注意書きが有った。実際10時前の予約は出来なかった。

ホテル前駐車場になんの理由かしらないが停車したまま動かない車が数台。ホテル敷地内に入ってしまったので身動きが取れず。従業員による整理が明らかに必要。原因が従業員側にあるのか、クルマで来た宿泊客にあるのかわからないけれども、整理をするのは従業員の役目のはず。改善急務。
チェックインも大渋滞。改善急務。
結果、客を不要に待たせることになっても、従業員側に申し訳ないという気持ちなし。ここは最低。
