It's located in the city center. Step out from the hotel, you'll find so many restaurants. Pavilion is less than 100m, also Alor street, Bukit Bintang monorail, and MRT station. Will stay here again if I come to Kuala Lumpur.

We love to stay here. The room was spacious, complete with amenities, and near touristy spots. Only a minute into Pavilion Mall and Lot 10.

The staff that helped me checked in was very helpful and informative about terms and conditions of payment and refund. The belboy over there was accomodating and taking initiative by carrying our luggage into our hotel room. The location is super strategic where you can access a lot of places like Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Fahrenheit 88, Lot 10, and especially MRT, LRT, and Monorail as well. Don't forget about such affordability can get you a lot of benefits staying there!

The price was honestly what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel in Bukit Bintang, but the facilities felt more like a 2-star place — probably the worst hotel I’ve ever booked.
• The TV only had local channels.
• The toilet kept clogging, especially after, well… using it properly 😩😤
• The room was super small.
• The washbasin looked like it was just randomly placed on the table.
On the bright side, the location is really strategic — walking distance to a lot of malls like Pavilion and Lot 10, close to the monorail, and near the food street.
*Just a heads up* : the monorail station isn’t luggage-friendly because you have to take the stairs (no escalator, no lift). Not a complaint, just useful info for future guests.
Overall, the location was great but the hotel itself didn’t live up to the price

The price was honestly what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel in Bukit Bintang, but the facilities felt more like a 2-star place — probably the worst hotel I’ve ever booked.
• The TV only had local channels.
• The toilet kept clogging, especially after, well… using it properly 😩😤
• The room was super small.
• The washbasin looked like it was just randomly placed on the table.
On the bright side, the location is really strategic — walking distance to a lot of malls like Pavilion and Lot 10, close to the monorail, and near the food street.
*Just a heads up* : the monorail station isn’t luggage-friendly because you have to take the stairs (no escalator, no lift). Not a complaint, just useful info for future guests.
Overall, the location was great but the hotel itself didn’t live up to the price

Very satisfying. The room was upgraded from a deluxe to a suite at no additional cost. The view is excellent, and it's close to various culinary options. Thank you, Ansa Hotel.
