Overall the experience staying here is awesome apart of the breakfast I guess. Staffs are very nice and polite. Rooms are okay for the price they charge. Location extremely strategic.

Room not tided up, Nobody in the hotel to pick up the phone. Had to kill 3 cockroaches. I am a frequent guest to this hotel. It was the first Time experiencing something like this.

Location is good but key room can't be use and need to wait next day. I book superior room but hotel give me double single bed.

Wifi is terrible! Bedsheets, pillow and towls smells bad. Outside surroundings is not safe at night too many Indians. Don't book this hotel if you don't want to regret!

The room has a cigarette smell, even though it 's a non smoking room, small cockroaches roaming around from the bathroom. Shampoo dispenser was broken. Breakfast was mediocre and the cereal has an offtaste, seems like being exposed for too long. They share the same lift to transport rubbish and laundry. The room 's lights were too dim as the lights are old and one of the switch is broken.

Overall I am satisfied and had a nice stay at the hotel. It is a good value for money and I recommend it for anyone looking for a place on a budget but also conveniently near Kuala Lumpur sentral.

There was lot of noise from road below. Also airconitioner was not in great condition. Room ws small but that was known to mw when booking. Will not book again.

Strategic place, very close to Kuala Lumpur central station. In the area there are many restaurants. The interior looks old and we found there were small cockroaches in the room.

Good location but poor facilities, while staying, the door cannot be open without our room card, have to ask the counter to open every time we want to go in, dirty toilet package with baby cockroaches visited, the air-conditioning is not cool, some where we feel that, are we got a rejected room?
