As per expected for a budget stay. Friendly staff. Need to ask for floor mat/towel to put in front of bathroom door. ((room we stay, got cockroach 😅).

The room allocated for me was smelly. I suspect the bed sheet was not changed after the previous tenant stay. I was fortunate that the man at the reception changed my room. A little bit better than the earlier one. But still cleanliness is the main factor with this hotel. Bathroom floor was not well cleaned, stains on the bathroom floor are visible. No rug provided for bathroom, so I wet the room floor after I go out from bathroom. Even though this is a budget hotel, but cleanliness cannot be compromised.

There was baby cockroach on the bed. And toilet's floor also not clean enough. No floor mat at the toilet's entrance as well. Ants' sighted on wall and also bed.

Stayed 3 nights for business trip, chose this cause of location.. Bed clean, no funky smell in the room despite no window in room 110 occasional baby cockroaches... Towel was with smell of sweat which the staff changed without fuss.. Requested for daily towel change and staff didn't complain. Service was great. Toilet very slow front office flush, thought it was broken but actually I needed to hold the pump down for as long as it takes to flush. Water heater functional. Acceptable for the price paid...
