日本人にオススメだと思います。 NHKが見れます その他はいたって普通のレベルのホテルです

NHK見れますので、日本人にオススメです。 市場に近いので買い物も便利です。 部屋の広さ、設備等は普通のレベルだと思います。

マレーシアのホテルの部屋によくある不備は、水まわり、部屋の一部の臭いですが、このホテルはその2点の不備がありました。臭いは冷蔵庫の上のミニバーにある鏡から、体臭のような汗臭いような臭いがあり、おそらくハウスキーパーが不潔な雑巾で鏡を拭いているせいだと思います。また、シャワー室のシャワーは勢いが良いのですが、浴槽にお湯を溜めるほうの蛇口に切り替えるボタンが壊れて使えなかったのでハウスキーパーに直すよう依頼したら、様子をちらりと見に来ただけで、結局、そのまま放置、修理してくれませんでした。でもシブの中では「良いホテル」のほうらしいです。 朝食は、普通に美味しかったし、ホテルのスタッフも感じが良かったです。

Tanahmas Hotel's facilities are quite good. It is very clean in the hotel and rooms. Rooms are spacious and well equipped including free Wi-Fi. Its restaurant is also neat and food is tasty. It is very convenient as Tanahmas is located in the centre of Sibu City. We can visit Central Market or Chinese Temple within 5 minutes on foot. However, they aren't responsible for taxi arrangement at all. They just let us to take a taxi waiting outside. Only if there isn't any taxi, they call it. They don't inform anything to the taxi driver. We have to tell even the destination by ourselves. To make matters worse, please be reminded that taxis waiting in front of a good hotel are often dangerous. Actually, I was charged RM100 by the driver from City to Airport. It was twice fare than normal price. He explained me he needed twice fare to go back to City. Ridiculous. Reliable transportation arrangement is one of services of a good hotel. Tanahmas Hotel and the taxi driver spoiled this trip last minute.

Close to local market and river walk.

Very nice stay, excellent hotel. The only thing I missed is info about how to go from the airport to the hotel on their web site

Tutto molto adeguato e confortevole.

Among one of the few hotels in town that is well-maintained hotel located in the town centre. Rooms are comfortable and staff are well-trained and attentive. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. I will stay at this hotel again.

No dedicated parking for hotel guests

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which was nice. Older hotel, room was clean.

Hotel is located very convenient with the market behind it therefore food during the day time is ok but there isn’t much to offer at night. The hotel needs a good sprucing up soon as it’s so old and run down already

Before I checked out last two days I requested a king sized bed for this trip. Still I was given a double bed. Even the bathtub was not very clean and there was a few strands of hairs in it!

Booked a king sized bed but was given a double bedded room. WiFi was available but slow. Very disappointing. Other then that, there were no complaints.

Very old hotel but affordable

A three star hotel. Staff pleasant but not that helpful i.e. they'd open the door for you but not help you lug your case up the steps. Bathroom could gave been cleaner but the shower was great. Good enough for 1 night.

The stay here was very good with a very convenient location and walking distance to the central market where you can buy all kind of local fruits and local products.

The housekeeping doesn’t do a good job.

Very comfortable room. Breakfast could be improved by providing garnishings ( egg,prawn) with the laksa. Internet can be improved-keeps being cut off) The location is excellent for anyone wanting to take a tour to town.
