I had a wonderful stay at Tune Hotel Georgetown! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. They were always ready to assist, and their awareness of guests’ needs was impressive.
The location is absolutely strategic—it’s right in the heart of Georgetown, close to local eateries, cultural sites, and convenience stores, which made getting around super easy. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and overall cozy atmosphere.

Great Location & Helpful Staff
I stayed at Tune Hotel and really liked the location very strategic and convenient. The room was quite small, but it was enough for two people. The AC worked well, and I really appreciated that the hotel changed the linens and towels daily.
At first, we requested a room on the upper floor, but it had an unpleasant smell. We reported it to the staff, and they were very responsive and allowed us to move to another room. The new room was much better clean, fresh, and comfortable.
Overall, a great value stay with good service. Would definitely consider staying again!

The room was clean, but it was too small and cramped. There was no coffee or tea in the room, and there was no electric kettle. It was a bit of a hassle to brew something, as you had to go to the second floor in front of the reception, where there was a hot and cold water dispenser. That was the downside of this hotel.

I have stayed at Tune Hotel Pulau Pinang 3 times and it has never disappointed me, besides its strategic location in the middle of the city. Tune Hotel is also pocket-friendly for those who want to go on a culinary tour and for people who are only visiting Penang for a short medical treatment. The location is great, you could easily get food, even durian also right beside the hotel. In front, not far away, there is a nice bakery. The highlight of the hotel is the internet, smooth and good signal, no problems at all. We got two small bottles of water every room service but no water fountain provided for refill. We only spend time in the hotel for bath and sleep so all good for us, overall positive and enjoyable service.

The price is very cheap with a good room. Choose the 2-bed room because the room is more spacious. The problem is the AC, the wind blows directly towards the bed. The shower water is strong and the hot water is good. Drinking water can be taken freely in the lobby. You just have to bring your own glass because they don't provide glasses. The staff is very good. If you want to find food, it's also close, walk 300 meters to Macalister Road which also has lots of durians.

I stayed 3 nights at Tune Hotel, the choice besides being cheap, is quite close to the Glenneagles Hospital where I was treated, I got 3 nights for Rp 975 thousand, queen size city view, small room 11 m but the AC is very cold, the water heater is stable hot, there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, there is only a small shampoo. luckily I have brought everything, even though it is small for me it is very good, the location is also strategic, next door there is a restaurant and durian seller, a few meters there is a food court selling food, lots of choices, a little further walk there is a Penang plaza, inside there is a giant, so shopping is cheaper, across from there is a bus stop, so just take a bus to go anywhere, cheap, only 1.4 ringgit SD 3 ringgit if it is far. next time will come back again
