Zetter Suites @ Cameron

Read the review before and was kinda disappointed as there are many bad ones. But our stay was good, with a clean room/bathroom and easy access to 7-Eleven downstairs. Things to improve are to allow us to book the Rimba restaurant through online.

Hotel ok and the location is good.

Sorry for commenting so little. Booked this hotel because I saw reviews that were all good. It's my fault I didn't see the bad side 🙁 when I read the 1 star comments, everything was true. 1) Dirty sheets, dirty blankets, the toilet had shaving hair, the glasses provided were brown from people's mouths, didn't they wash them? The two glasses had people's mouths, funny. Dirty towels on the side were brown, the sofa had cracker crumbs that hadn't been wiped off and it smelled a bit, the door safety latch was broken, the curtains smelled musty. The smell was always there, the smell was awful 🤢 2) For 2 nights we slept on the carpet in front of the TV and didn't have a blanket. Even then, I just closed my eyes and the carpet wasn't clean. 3) Netflix is ok, otherwise it's out. I won't book here again, sorry 🥲 please make improvements.

1.comfortable room in front of psr mlm 2.facilities need to add a cloth to wipe the feet in front of the toilet 3.pillow on the sofa need to make sure the cover is washed the others are the best the best.thank you

Hotel is so good, clean, comfortable.

ok...just a lot of things are broken...like the closet..still can be fixed..for example, put a new knob and replace the closet door hinges...it will make the house look neat and organized...because the condition is different from the ad picture...so we imagine a different atmosphere...but it's different...everything is ok, only the condition of the house is more beautiful than the ad...thank you..didn't take any pictures..but in Shaa Allah next time you can sit again..but if you want to request a room, ok ckit..hihi..tq zetter

The room is ok, hotspot area, got a room with a view of the night market, no ghosts for sure because the area is really crowded.

Strategic location, comfortable and attractive house. Reasonable and worth the price.

everything is ok except that there is no fan and air cond provided. And when my family came, Cameron was in a hot state. Please bring your own fan. There are also noise disturbances every hour until the night.

The atmosphere is too noisy! Until 2am in the middle of the night, workers clean the night market area, using machine guns! The sound is too loud! Noisy! Can't sleep. No more towels in the room!!

There is no hot heater in main room. So, I had to use outside toilet to take shower. Rm20 for extra blanket. Rm10 for extra pillow. So, if you have extra kids, bring your own blanket.

Terrible. The apartment is not fit to be rented out anymore. Maintenance work on the whole apartment needed if we're to continue business. The walls are dirty and look more like a squatter house. Last June I stated here before but not as terrible as the current stay. Well to be honest this will be my last time associated with Zetter Suites. I was so embarrassed for bringing my guests there.

Many insects flying into the room. Bed room is not very big. Reception requested for add myr30 for cleaning room. We stayed 2 nights but no cleaning of the apartment.

Secara keseluruhan, kebersihan di bangunan perlu dipertingkatkan terutama di bahagian lantai. Kondisi bilik ok. Cuma sangat terganggu dengan kebisingan dari penghuni di tingkat atas dan salakan anjing yang tak henti² pada waktu malam sehingga jam 3 pagi. Mengganggu waktu tidur. Dari segi lokasi, sangat memuaskan. Berada di tengah-tengah tempat-tempat menarik sekitar CH dan sangatlah dekat dengan pasar malam. Harga keseluruhan yang dibayar RM352. Agak mahal berbanding tempat penginapan lain.

The corridor of the apartments look like abandoned hotel. The bedsheets got blood stains. So yucks. Please improve your cleanliness as we paid for cleaning fee!

Best! Staf oke. Bilik pun oke. Will repeat again.
