The front desk staff was great, the room that was assigned to us was very clean and comfortable, the morning breakfast was good and they arranged our transport to the airport. I'm very pleased with the Hotel Services.

It was a short stay but everything was good. As an Express Hotel, the facilities do not have full restaurant but they offer food delivery which it was great.

Wifi was slow and useless most of the time.
Hotel is not in a great location with nothing nearby so if you want food/drink you need a car.
Menu was average
Some areas of the hotel was stifling hot and smelt bad.
AC only blows directly at your head in bed so regulating heat during the night was not ideal
Dangerous area after 6pm and most food delivery services stopped late afternoon.
If I have to go back to Reynosa again I won't consider this hotel.
