We were conveniently placed in the first room on the first floor so lots of people walking by. Noise was definitely heard

The room was very clean and nicely furnished.
The room was small but the shower was large and comfortable. They need to furnish more towels, face towels would be nice for a starter.
The mirror was a bit to high to see yourself when getting dress. On the over all it was a pleasant stay.

Overall nice stay. A nice hotel for the area. This hotel is a short one block walk to the Plaza Zamora and many restaurants and shopping options. Breakfast was included and for the price it was a very good deal.

I really liked that this hotel is safe. Staff members do not share any information regarding anyone staying inside the hotel. We were getting picked up by family one morning and our family asked for us at reception and they denied any information to them. It actually makes me feel safe. The hotel was very clean, it has good a/c, the rooms were enough space for our stay. I like that the hotel is in the city. You are 1 min walking distance away from the main plaza, which was very convenient.

Location is great, walking distance to cathedral and market. Disappointed that the air conditioning did not work and there was rarely warm water for the shower. Staff was great, valet parking is a plus, attached restaurant was great! Just beware that the room is simple, and the bed is good, clean towels and room, but that’s it. I will stay here again but wish they would improve.

Everything was good, clean room, friendly staff, smoke free peoperty !! But noise leves were horrible.
First night there was loud people all niggt long, when they finally quiet down, there is a motor or a machine that is loud all night long and this was during all my stay there, that is my complaint to the hotel. I will not stay there again just because the noise level.
