cada año vacacionamos a Nayarit y nos hospedamos en familia en este hotel, realmente os gusta y lo habíamos pasado bien, lo mismo en esta ocasión pero olvidé una chamarra en habitación. por la noche, al llegar a mi domicilio, me comuniqué al hotel para pedirles que la guardaran y un familiar pasaría por ella, me dijeron que preguntarían a la encargada y después de varias llamadas me dijeron que no había nada. Me desagradó mucho su respuesta pues han perdido un cliente de muchos años por una simple prenda de vestir y falta de profesionalismo

I think the best service we received was from the parking lot attendant. He greeted us, helped us park and then took our luggage. Check in was fast. The rooms are a little run down. The breakfast buffet is good. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the service was just okay. The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you want to stay in el Centro. Other than that, there’s really nothing that stands out from other nearby hotels.
