Si bien ya comienza a notarse los años, las instalaciones están muy bien, el hotel es cómodo, el personal amable y la alberca vale la pena, nosotros fuimos 3 adultos y 1 bebé y lo disfrutamos. Lo único que que los platillos en le restaurante no son abundantes y por el precio que tienen si se me hizo un poco desproporcionado, sin embargo estaba muy bueno

Me cambiaron de dos habitaciones porque no tenían agua caliente, lo peor fue la atención y servicio que no pudieron resolver el tema, total desinterés de parte de recepción. La habitación era suite ni siquiera me pudieron pasar a una habitación sencilla para poder disfrutar de una ducha. No regresaría al hotel por esa situación, mi viaje fue de negocios, me arrepentí de no haberme quedado en uno de cadena más comercial y recurrente. Lástima de las recomendaciones que tenía de este hotel.

Excelente servicio en división cuartos, la gente muy amable sin embargo la comida estuvo fatal; tuve q regresar todo mi pedido y me ofrecieron hacwr otra vez los platillos y pedí un club sandwich para no aventurarme otra vez pero me trajeron una torta con cara de club sandwich/ definitivamente les urge una buena propuesta culinaria

At first i was very happy with ny stay but i got two room & in one the shower didn't work, they tried to fix it but were not able to. My sister & her husband were not able to take a shower. The worst part was when i tried to get a compensation since i was planning to return in 5 days i was told the manager was not in & the clerk was unable to help me, very disappointing

En general bien, sin embargo hay que mejorar la flexibilidad del check inn, y los cuartos necesitan cortinas más oscuras ya que mi habitación daba vista a la calle, y entraba demasiada luz al cuarto por la noche.
