I would give an excellent review, but two of my towels were stolen from the beach. The staff refused to investigate this incident, although they would be able to see what happened on the camera, and made me to pay money for these two cheap towels. I was very disappointed.

The maid service was not as good as it should have been. We complained several times that the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work. Never fixed.

The first room we had was old in need of repairs , run down older side of property! The next room wasnt much better sliding door lock was missing,safe was laying in closet not secured to shelf or anything else, front door wasnt screwed to frame, huge gaps all around door in need of alot of maintenance!

Property was in a great location, on the bus routes, making us mobile for our entire months stay. The manager, Jose Ornelas accommodated us with a one bed room,full kitchen. Thank you sir. The staff at the front desk and the bell boys were at our beckoning, 24/7, and all maintenance issue were immediate, if not sooner. We cannot say enough good about how they treated us. Thank you desk clerk’s Gabriela, Guilberto, Paulina, Teresita, Fernando, Zumaava, Cesar and anyone I may have missed. Thanks also to the bell boys Guillermo, Alfonzo, Samuel, Adrian, Carlos, and anyone I may have missed.
A really special thank you goes to our housekeeper Katherine. What a sweetheart of a young lady. We appreciated everything Katherine did for us. We spoke very little Spanish and Katherine spoke minimal English yet we had no trouble communicating. We will return to The Inn for an even longer stay in 2026.

Good access to the beach and public transportation. The maid for our room was awesome. Staff was always helpful. Internet worked flawlessly.
Our room was in the tower and was tired. Street noise was problematic as we came to hear the ocean and it was obscured by road noise. However, we did get a front row seat to the beautiful Mazatlán sunsets. Would have preferred a room in the newer part of the hotel so when walking to the pool area one would not have to walk through the lobby.

I love the Inn from years of coming here. As a fixed income retired person I feel the cost of food and drinks are becoming difficult to swallow. During our stay the size of happy hour drinks got smaller with a new fancier cup. I understand costs are up on everything,but it felt stingy to me.
