Excellent overall experience. Friendly staff, super clean room, fast WiFi, large smart TV with plenty of channels and AirPlay capability, beautiful swimming pool and atrium.
Indoor parking which is very secure and large parking spaces.
Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the water.

The rooms are nice and clean. Despite the holidays, it was very quiet at night.

En general el hotel aún y cuando es busssiness clas tiene un restuarante muy limitado, el cuarto es demasiado pequeño, las puertas tienen poca seguridad, la camarista entro sin tocar la puerta antes, no tienen seguro la puerta principal, a la salida el personal de recepción nos hizo esperar hasta que revisara el cuarto esto nunca me había sucedido en otro hotel, mala experiencia, hay mejores opciones en Chetumal. Gracias

The room originally given to us was not ready so room service put us in the room next door. The there is a giant frosted window to the hallway and the light is always on so your room stays well lit at night too. The sheets on both beds had some reddish brown droplets dried on them. The sheets and towels were scratchy and it feels like there is a plastic cover on the mattress it self. It served it purpose putting us close to the ferry but we probably won’t be back to this hotel if we have to catch the ferry again.

I liked that there was an exit through the garage that takes you straight to the strip, on the strip you get to enjoy a lot of entertainment for the entire family. Many restaurants clubs and food trucks. However, even with all the entertainment the hotel is very quiet.
I did not like that they closed the garage doors which we used to go for a walk and then when we returned we were not able to get in and had to go around.
