Hotel was clean, staff were lovely and the facilities were as to be expected
Good location to catch the number 2 tram into the city
Neighbourhood isn’t the best, and if a fire truck leaves the station on the corner it is a little loud!
Only slight improvement I would suggest is that, even though a coffee machine in the room is nice, more than 1 pod in a room for 2 for 2 nights would be helpful, and perhaps don’t charge for the pods at reception?

A very enjoyable stay in all respects. I think the hotel is generally modern, especially the lobby and dining areas.
My room was very functional and clean throughout, especially the bathroom/shower. The bedding was pristine also.
I really liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room - a big bonus for me.
Finally I have to praise the staff who were friendly and helpful.

The Best Western Amsterdam proved suitable for us while we were visiting Amsterdam, however, be aware that the hotel is a 45 minute walk from the centre (Museumplein); while the walk is straightforward it does need to be factored in when choosing whether to stay there. The alternative is to take the No 2 tram which is 2 minutes does the hotel and runs regularly throughout the day and evening.
The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was a good size (although the bed was too soft for my taste). We chose to eat outside the hotel but from what we saw it looked fine.

An overall very good place to stay- tram access to the city centre and Central Station is a short walk away then about a 20 minute ride. Trams are about every 10 minutes

The room was average. The shower did not have anything to block the water from coming out all over the bathroom floor. It was very convenient to transportation which was great.

It was a great stay, however the architecture of the building causes it to be an echo chamber that you can at times hear in your room. Odd choice. But the location and cleanliness is superb.

Overall a good stay at Best Western. The 2 times that I left the sign out to clean the room, the room was cleaned but the inside of the toilet was not done. The third time I left the sign out to clean the room, it was after 11am and the room was not done. Also there was loud noises at night, banging like a heavy door 3 or 4 times. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
