清潔感のあるホテルで良かった 徒歩圏内にトラム乗り場もあるので、市街地へのアクセスもさほど困らなかった。

Good accomodation

Everything was great,clean rooms , house keeping was wonderful. Outside the property was homeless asking for f Money, dirty with garbage.

Like the cleaning room and easy check-in process.

Die Dusche lief nicht richtig ab. Wir hatten ein nicht Raucher Zimmer und wenn man die Fenster öffnete da wurden Zigaretten ausgedrückt auf der Betten fand man Haare hätten wir das vorher gewußt wäre ein Hostel sogar preislich ansprechender gewesen.

My only complaint is I like a FIRM BED and this beds you sank into. Very very soft fluffy beds.

Shower was Messi, water almost came to the room, no shower curtain or barrier. 3 bed room, no air conditioning, only one fan

Après avoir lu certains commentaires négatifs, nous redoutions le pire. Mais tout s'est très bien passé pour notre séjour dune semaine. Grande chambre confortable au 5e étage, belle salle de bain. Machine à café. Grande télévision. La wifi fonctionnait parfaitement. Station de tram (ligne n° 2) à 7 mn à pied pour rejoindre directement le centre d'Amsterdam. Station de bus (n° 62) à 5 mn pour rejoindre la gare de Lelylaan. De là, trains très fréquents pour Schiphol.

Its a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for. Beds are good and comfy. Shower lowkey just overflowed as drian didnt work so had to use 3 towels as a mop and barrier, but apart from that shower worked 😅 Check in and out via machine kiosk was quick, good, cool

El personal no habla nada de español

Could have been a 5 star review. Hotel overall is good and clean. Reception staff were nice and friendly. Room was ok when we checked in. We stayed several nights, the first night our room was cleaned and made up however the next night we found our room as we left it. Trash bin full, no towels, no soap,… We spoke with the front desk but seemed everyone in house keeping was gone. The next day after complaining the room was cleaned we got fresh towels but dirty cups where left soap was empty…. Overall the hotels house keeping staff is terrible and pays no attention to cleaning or details. What a shame that bad housekeeping staff ruined this hotel’s review. If you can stay somewhere else do it, stay here if you don’t have anything else.

I was impressed with the hotel. It was better than I was expecting. Breakfast was good and there was lots of choice. Self-check in and out was new to me, but it worked well and was very convinient. When we arrived in the room, we were missing the espresso machine we had paid extra for. A quick trip to reception got that sorted out and they brought the machine to the room. Good location, a few minutes walk to the tram.

Está en un lugar céntrico. Él estacionamiento lo cobran aparte, son 25 euros extras al día. En general buena opción

El hotel esta bien, el personal muy serio. La zona no me gustó. Habia muchos indigentes y la estación del tranvía esta lejos.

O atendimento do check in foi ruim. A atendente presente no dia 8, por volta das 16h20, foi pouco solicita e atenciosa. Tivemos dificuldade para entender a dinâmica do funcionamento do estacionamento e a atendente pouco ajudou. Mal levantava a cabeça para prestar as informações solicitadas. As informações necessárias foram prestadas posteriormente pelos demais colegas que foram atenciosos, prestativos e respeitosos. A limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar. Muita poeira nos ventiladores e saída do ar condicionado. Solicitamos a arrumação do quarto entre uma diária e outra, e as toalhas ficaram no chão e não foram trocadas.

Comfy bed, close to metro but quiet neighborhood
