Good and clean hotel. Elevator operation has been challenging for the guest rooms but nightmare for the meeting rooms at 20th floor.

With modern technology to facilitate use of elevators, access to public areas and room controls. Budget-friendly. Highly recommended!

We don’t like the “self serve” upon check in. No front desk person, no concierge, and no one to help you with luggage. I would not recommend or stay here again

This hotel has a trendy, social atmosphere that gives off fun hostel-style vibes while still providing the comfort of a hotel. The lounge bar is a highlight — the bartenders are incredibly kind and make the experience even more enjoyable. Location is also excellent, with a tram stop just a five-minute walk away, offering easy access to anywhere in the city. Overall, the amenities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making this a great place to stay.

The shower didn 't drain, the fridge didn't keep things cold and the room temperature was not cold enough.

The hotel bar staff is fantastic during our whole stay, with lovely conversations and recommendations! Unfortunately, our check-in experience was poor as we were given a room that was not clean. However, the hotel staff was very understanding in quickly getting us a new room. The hotel itself advertises air-conditioned rooms, which made us ultimately choose this over a neighbouring hotel. However, the air-conditioning was very poor, and felt like it struggled to get below 25 celsius. The hotel itself is very chic, and the location is quiet but super accessible to central Amsterdam, given the metro station being only a two-minute walk away. The hotel is located in a suburb and has little nearby dining or shopping opportunities in walking distance.

A lovely hotel close to metro so you’ll be in central in less than 15 minutes. Staff were very friendly and happy to help

enough parking space and good breakfast. All good except one night there was a cannabis smell spread into the room possibly with ventilation system, which made us uncomfortable

Snyggt hotell i ett vettigt område. Själv incheckningen är bäst. Frukosten var ok, men ingen äggröra eller bacon tyvärr. Älskar dock att man stänga gardinerna med surfplattan. Använder man inte plattan så är lamporna kluriga att förstå.

We had a lovely 1st stay in Amsterdam. Helen got our room available early after landing from US. Andrea provided gr8 Metro directions to get us about. Sean gave us walking guidance and Dylan makes a mean capucino and shares hus b ball knowledge. We felt at home. Killer room exterior shades!
