We had so much fun and the staff are very accommodating. The buffet food every morning was delicious. Will book this hotel when we visit Boracay again. Thank you so much!

Kami bersenang-senang selama menginap, dan meskipun hujan, kami dapat menikmati fasilitasnya. Mereka memiliki 7 kolam renang, jadi alih-alih berpindah pulau, kami memilih untuk berpindah kolam renang di resor. Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah jika Anda ingin menikmati kehidupan pesta, atau berbelanja dan makan di sekitar, Anda harus naik becak listrik untuk mencapai pantai berpasir utama Boracay. Namun karena mereka juga memiliki pantai pribadi, dan dekat dengan lubang kunci cujo, itu bukan masalah bagi kami! Kami akan kembali ke sini lagi!

Kami menginap sebentar namun menyenangkan di hotel ini. Andai saja kami menginap lebih lama untuk dapat menikmati semua fasilitasnya. Pantainya fantastis, airnya jernih dan pasir putihnya halus. Daerah ini memiliki banyak kegiatan, area bermain di Monterey sangat nyaman. Layanan antar-jemputnya cepat, jempolan! Pergi dari satu tempat ke tempat lain tidak pernah menjadi masalah karena koordinasi yang baik antara petugas keamanan dan pengemudi antar-jemput. Saya akan memesan hotel ini dan lain kali, saya akan menginap lebih lama! Wajib dicoba!

2인 성인 예약잘못해서 아이들2인 추가 금액 지불하고 이용했으나 아이들에 대한 서비스는 (수건이나 물) 없었음. 매번 요청하고 설명해야 겨우 받을수 있었으며 화장실 냄새와 물빠짐도 안되서 방 교채를 말했더니 2인실을 보여줘서 깜짝 놀람. 분명 어른2과 아이2의 비용을 비불했는데 왜 2인실을 보여주는지 말하니 그제서야 또 4인실을 보여주고… 진짜 서비스는 거지 같음. 7년전에 너무 즐겁게 다녀왔던 기억으로 다시 재방문했으니 절대로 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 곳이 되었다.
I initially made a reservation for 2 adults, but after realizing the mistake, I paid the extra fee for 2 children as well. However, there were no services provided for the kids (such as towels or water). We had to ask and explain every single time just to get them. On top of that, the bathroom smelled terrible, and the water didn’t drain properly. When I asked to change the room, they surprisingly showed me a room for 2 people, even though I had clearly paid for 2 adults and 2 children. Only after pointing this out did they finally show us a 4-person room. The service was truly terrible. Seven years ago, I had such a wonderful experience here, which is why I decided to visit again, but now I can say I absolutely never want to come back.

Everything was great. Experience was memorable. Small downside is that it's situated at the end of all the excitement and action. But the travel is short, there's activities in the hotel and a mall across the street from the entrance. They handled my wedding very well. There was a small issue with giving me and my fiance (now wife) a room with 2 twin sized beds on our wedding weekend. After explaining the issue it was promptly corrected. There were small issues here and there but nothing I can think of breaking the 5 star imo. Special thanks to the concierge, chefs and cleaning staff for making my wedding a excellent experience

I like the private beach and the shuttle services around the property. The security is very good and if there is just more restaurant options within the property you wouldn't need to take a ride to the D'Mall.

Everything is lovely and the staff was amazing! There is a lot of food/restaurants but little actual variety. They are militant with the pool towels- they can’t be removed from the pool area even if you are soaking wet. Overall a nice property
