Injap Tower Hotel

This was our second time staying at Injap Tower, and we really love the staff. They’re friendly and go above and beyond—helping with bags all the way from outside the property up to your room. The location is also unbeatable, right across from SM City with easy access to transport. We did experience an issue with our first room, where the sink was leaking underneath and caused a strong smell of humidity due to the wooden cabinet. It was surprising that this wasn’t noticed beforehand, especially as returning guests. However, the staff quickly transferred us to another room without any hassle, and everything was fine from there. Despite the small hiccup, the service and convenience keep bringing us back!

This was my third time staying at Injap Tower Hotel. I'm from Canada and I was in and out of Iloilo and initially only booked my first few nights there, thinking I might try a different hotel after returning from Boracay and Palawan. But I ended up coming back to Injap—because they were incredible. The staff truly stand out. They always greet you with a smile, open doors, help with your bags, and even press the elevator buttons for you. They’re alert, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. The receptionists were especially kind, friendly, and understanding throughout my stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, which made things a bit tight with our two large suitcases and backpacks, but we managed fine. One huge plus was that the concierge kindly stored our luggage for a few days while we traveled to other islands—very convenient and appreciated. While the property could use a little refresh in places, everything was clean and fully functional. The location is fantastic—right across from SM City Iloilo—with easy access to taxis, tricycles, and jeepneys just outside the door. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is fantastic-fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of options to choose from. The ambiance is awesome, with cozy seating and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing morning meal

Some rooms are okay, some have a foul smell. The workers are awesome

Location is 10/10 the room is a little bit small for 3 people. Shower pressure 10/10 breakfast 8/10

Staff was helpful and friendly, pool was refreshing and relaxing, air conditioning worked well in room. Some areas could use repainting/updating, one elevator was always out of service, music in the restaurant was frequently too loud.

Great staff service! They are very reactive and helpful.

Staff are very efficient and helpful but the rooms were a bit rundown and towels ratty, which need to be replaced! The wall paper was peeling off on its ends and sides and desk and counters had cracks...a shame, really that this place had been let go, as the location is very ideal and food is reasonably priced.

Not that old but not aging well

Towels are weary, toilet not so clean. Staff are kind and approachable.

Super convenient and accessible to everything. What I don't like is that the towels we use are too old and need to be changed and the pillow cases have mold.

Its an easy access to roam around the city but housekeeping need improvement and the desk should folliw uo calls on our request

One of the first multi-story hotels in Iloilo City almost a decade ago. It is beginning to show its age now, and is consequently in need of renovation/redecoration and repair. The car parking is up a very narrow driveway and the ceiling height is too low. (The radio antenna broke off as I was reversing out of a very confined space!) The breakfast was limited and cheaply made. The main dishes for breakfast were rarely replenished as they ran low. A bonus is the view from the dining room on the 11th floor. A further advantage of this hotel is that it sits opposite SM CITY.

I like the responsiveness of the staff. Staff are very respectful and friendly. I did not like the over used and very very old towels. The towels at one point were very very thin and obviously old. It resembled like a ready to toss rug. Towels are always late. When you need them .. staff apologize and says they are still on laundry and will be available at 5 pm. Elevators are very slow and very hot and warm when you are inside. From ground floor to the 16th floor I am already sweating. The desk and furnitures need to be replaced. The desk top are chipped, cracked and not level.
