Title: A Comfortable Stay at Injap Hotel with Room for Improvement On August 10, 2025, I checked in at Injap Hotel. The room I stayed in was perfect—it offered a beautiful view overlooking SM City Mall in Mandurriao, Iloilo City. The staff were friendly and approachable, and any request I made was handled swiftly and professionally. I would like to specifically commend a staff member named Kent. He was hardworking and very accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, there are a few concerns I’d like to raise: Air Conditioning: The unit in my room seemed quite old and could benefit from an upgrade to improve comfort. Lunch Presentation: The meal I ordered was served in a typical take-away container with plastic utensils, which felt underwhelming for a hotel setting. Reception Area: I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet near the reception, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Despite these issues, my stay was generally pleasant, and I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff.

During check in time, the receptionists took a pictures to our passport from her personal phone. The reason was for the record purposes, she didn’t understand the data protection. 1. The reception didn’t ask for consent before took the picture to our passport from her personal phone.2. The facility didn’t have scanners or copying equipment for records purposes. During booking the room I send a message possible lower floor due to my husband vertigo. The receptionist give us a room in 16th floor which my husband have a vertigo due to heights. I ask for lower floor she gives 12th floor instead. The lift take ages or very slow at least 5mintues if your are in higher floor, no any aircorn in the corridor and lift. When we enter the roomwe check, the mirror need change because the edge is fading can tell is very old mirror, the top need to change because is old already fading the chrome of the top, the shower glass need to clean properly lots of water scale need to change as well can tell is very old glass. The wall paper where the tv need to change the edge coming off. The window need to clean is very dirty outside and need to change too. The whole building must have a sound proof because by the main highway very noisy, entire stayed we haven’t slept at all. Also we can hear the next room having something *** due to no sound proof and no privacy at all. I write more about this hotel but no point. I rather not to recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never come back again.

Right across SM and easy to hail a cab or jeepney. The rooms are relatively small but clean.

All is well. Clean and very staffs. Only our room is very loud.

This hotel is in a great location—very accessible to public transportation and right across from SM Mall and plenty of dining options. The room was exceptionally clean, and they provided ample towels and toiletry kits. The staff were excellent—very welcoming and ready to assist with luggage the moment you arrive at the entrance.
