Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay

The hotel is very nice. There was free tea time at 3 pm which is great! There were also activities like zumba, belly dance which was entertaining. Our suggestions - Please provide welcome drinks . Most big hotels have. Put Netflix or youtube in your TV settings most hotels have this. Shuttle services should add a bit more. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you.

Just an excellent place to stay. Its in station 0, I believe. If u need more people & restaurants can go to station 2 which is close.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The airport transfer is definitely helpful as the resort isn’t located on the same island as the airport. Breakfast buffet was nice but could implement colder drinks and a cooler area to sit and eat as the sun making direct contact makes the area quite warm.

It was a good stay, however they delayed us during the checkin and this is a big no no, and they had to fix the hot water in our suite since it was not working.. then, something that needs to be pointed out is that the property was very far from the city center, so you were left with the only restaurant/s they had in their property and didnt have the option of chosing.

The hotel is located in a less busy part of boracay and is hidden within trees, green and beach. The staff seemed very nice and kind, but unfortunately our experience was not the best. First, the rooms allocated sit across from the reception and right above where the streaks and buses come to pick up and drop off guests. There is constant noise, especially since the cars need to come there backwards and with the loud sound playing as the rear gear is engaged. And the concierge and guests will naturally talk to communicate, and that adds to the noise substantially. The breakfast was disappointing (but food at restaurant and the pizza were actually not bad). They failed to replace the toilet paper (makes you wonder why they don’t always have an extra one) and despite failing to replace with cleanup, and after I had called them to ask for, they never send someone to bring us …toilet paper. Again, the staff seemed nice but clearly the hotel could benefit from improvements in management. The hotel sits in a great location and has great potential, but management has to change.

One week stay. Highly recommend Movenpick Resort & Spa Boracay. Staff were very helpful with the airport transfer to the jetty port for a speed boat ride to an awaiting resort van to the resort itself. Check in was a breeze. We were greeted with a cold drink and cold face cloth. Our room was spacious (building 4) and within a very short walk to the restaurant, the beach club bar, the resort pool and restaurants as well as the PRIVATE BEACH. The private beach is definitely a picturesque location for an early morning stroll or swim. The sunsets at the beach is spectacular too. Picture perfect moments are at your finger tips. The staff were cordial from the hotel front desk, housekeeping, restaurant crew, van drivers and security. There were nightly entertainment from singers, dancers and the fire dance show. Breakfast buffet and the overall food served in the Italian restaurant (Breeza) were delicious. Shout out to Miss April Grace and the guest service team. They were very receptive to inquiries and suggestions. Overall, Movenpick is a definite enjoyable spot for a Boracay vacation. Will definitely return.

The room was nice and clean. Cleaners tidy up the room whenever you like. Restaurants were very delicious and the property was beautiful. Great trip for me and my wife!

The manager that helped us check I was so helpful. Every time we would pass by an employee they would smile and say hello. Everyone was so welcoming and so helpful. Transportation into the city was easy to obtain via the hotel. One of the best experiences in my life. The hotel is clean the rooms are beautiful and clean. I would 100000% Stay here again.

Breakfast is excellent. The room is reasonably spacious. An efficient system has been in place to help guests transfer from airport to the hotel and back, which is not easy if taken by unfamiliar guests.

Great selection at the breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner options were also very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach itself was very nice with plenty of shoreline to take a walk. Would love to stay here again.

As a retired former resort manager who now spends around 9 months a year living in hotels, i know that a happy staff makes for a happy family, and a happy family can make a hotel stay for guests feel like a 'home away from home'. This was my first stay at the Movenpik, and I know already it will not be my last, I was here for 9 days and I will leave happy and with the fondest of memories. The grounds were beautiful, my room was more than comfortable, my meals were delicious, but it was the staff who made my stay especially memorable- and it is them who deserve a special shout out. To Jewel and Rey and Ivan who checked me in and made me comfortable and welcome from my first moments on the property; to Gelo and Garry and Ivan and Jane and Oli and AJ and Kyle and Ben and Clent and the rest of the staff at The Market who made my poolside breakfast such a pleasure every day; to Stephen and Jasper and Ana and Aishiyll who kept my room clean and engaged me in lovely conversations everyday; and to Mark and Laverne and James and Willy and Jay and Arlene and Mika Rose and the rest of the beach side staff who made my time by the sea so enjoyable- I thank you all most sincerely for making my stay such a memorable one. We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Resort in Boracay and would highly recommend it to both families and couples. We were here to celebrate our engagement, and the resort made the occasion feel extra special. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The resort sits on a beautiful stretch of beach with stunning white sand and clear water, and the huge pool is a real highlight with plenty of space for swimming and lounging. Overall, the combination of a romantic atmosphere, stunning beachfront location, spacious pool, and relaxing, well-kept rooms made our stay truly memorable, and we would gladly come back again.
