I recently stayed at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay for a few nights, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The place is absolutely gorgeous, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for a getaway. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and friendly, which really added to the comfort of our stay. However, I did encounter an issue during my visit. On my last night, I slipped due to water dripping from the air conditioning unit. I had already reported this problem twice to the front desk, and although their electrician responded promptly each time, the fix was only temporary—the leaking kept coming back. One suggestion I would offer is that if a guest reports the same issue multiple times, it might be better to transfer them to a different room to avoid inconvenience or potential accidents. Another small drawback was the shuttle service to downtown Boracay. The schedule felt limited, and additional trips required a special arrangement with a fee of PHP 300, which could be inconvenient for guests wanting more flexibility. Despite these issues, the resort’s beauty and excellent staff still made the stay enjoyable. With a few improvements in maintenance response and transportation options, it could easily be an even better experience.

Paradise. Staff went above and beyond. Entertainment was great, the private beach was amazing. The pool was huge and very clean.

It was an incredible stay, my second time and I had every expectation met and surpassed again.

Towering tree was good for the ambiance but it was obstructing ocean view according to staff only 2 buildings have a clear ocean view will try it next time …

We travel so much within the U.S. and international. Movenpick in Boracay is still our best and favorite destination. The resort was beautiful and not overvly crowded. It was only 10 minutes away from all the shopping and D-mall area, but at least away from the big crowds. The best part was the staff. They made our trip feel like we were royalty. Thank you

Staff are fantastic and friendly ....food is outstanding and the breakfast has endless choices. Fantastic beach and everything is very close so no worries. Largest pool in Boracay is spotless. They have a wonderful stage and great singers and 🔥 fire dancing. Upgraded my room to an amazingly large suite with double his and her sinks.....rain shower was strong and a full Tub area as well. Definitely an outstanding reesort.

Despite informing them in advance, there we no vegan/vegetarian options , only after having a conversation with the manager they made something . The chef tried his best with the available ingredients provided to him. Not really a 5 Star experience , property is all dated

The hotel is tired but clean. There’s a lot of friendly staff but it’s hard to get service. As an example, after ordering dinner, it took one hour to arrive. There’s often no one at the stand to order a trike. Housekeeping takes forever to deliver requested items. Reception don’t answer the phone.

Room was okay for the most part, bathroom had mold growing in the shower. Poor maintenance over all. Service was poor, room service is slow and food was delivered cold. The beach and pool are fantastic.
