Didnt do any laundry. Wish you can provide a water heater in the bedroom so we can have something warm like tea or coffee when we get back late evennif you adjust your charges a bit. Thank you.

Only good thing about the hotel is the staff. The rooms have absolutely NO amenities!! You can only sleep, watch TV & wash your body without soap unless you bring your own. Anything to eat or drink has to be bought from nearby businesses . Zero amenities!!! Terrible place to be called a hotel. We will never stay there again.

The Red Planet hotels are what you would call a bear bones basic place, the reason why I stated this location was because it was quite close to the airport inexpensive and in this case, I was only gonna stay one day just to make sure I did not worry about missing my flight the next day. The location was walking distance to the mall and a couple fast food, restaurants and coffee shops. Inside the mall is everything to find dining to shopping, etc. But the hotel itself is bare bones. This is the second Red Planet that I’ve stayed in in the mattresses are definitely not designed for comfort. I had a problem with the air conditioning. It would turn on just fine. Run for 15 minutes, turn off and not work. I had to get up several times throughout the night to be somewhat comfortable. Turn it off and back on. As you know, it gets quite hot in the Philippines. Overall, it fit my needs other than the air-conditioning issue. The staff was friendly. It was in a safe place and quite convenient. There was no problem with noise. I was on the seventh floor, which may have something to do with that not sure. If I wanted a budget hotel convenient and really did not care about comfort of the bed and the lack of amenities of any type, this would be the place I was traveling by myself just looking for a place to crash for one night it fit my knees.

I have the same complaint about every Red Planet. The bathroom door is made of glass. The middle section is opaque but bottom and top of the door is completely clear. Everyone can see through those areas. The lack of an enclosure for the shower means that the bathroom floor gets wet. I'm not sure who made these design choices but they are impractical and it causes frustration. There is nothing wrong with having an opaque bathroom door. There is nothing wrong with having a shower door. It seems like they tried to solve a problem that didn't exist and in doing so, created new ones. There is no extra roll of toilet paper in the room. I always have to go out of my way to ask somebody for another roll. It seems silly to have to go through the extra effort to have to ask for it. You also have to be aware that you ask in time before you run out. The safe almost never works. A fridge would be nice. Specific to this location, the bathroom door did not have a lock. That made things awkward because I was sharing the room with my mother. Otherwise, the place was very nice and the staff was very courteous.

We had a family emergency and was not able to make it for this trip. Tried to contact the hotel to cancel but no one answered. Already very sad and stress with a sick parent and additional stress for not being able to reschedule or cancel the booking.

Their quick reaction to the broken A/C in our original room. They helped us move to another room.

The place was clean lots of restaurant and 7-11 store nearby. We did have a problem with the door lock but was resolved quickly. Since there was no phone in the room i had to phone the front desk through my cell to let them know of the problem. Otherwise everything is good, the staff, the location
