Good enough

This hotel should not even passed sanitation. It day room was so stinky we were moved to another room but the toilet starts to leak then it smells like sewage, moved again to another room then the brownout, no back up generator had to go up by steps till the 7th floors. We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Still waiting for the refund they promised, will not recommend this hotel👎

Pleasant stay but i wish there are enough parking space

The staff were courteous, friendly, and very polite. There’s however, an issue with maintenance and cleanliness. The grout between the tiles on the floor and the shower walls look dirty and moldy especially the soap holder inside the shower. At first glance your first comment will be “ewe” instead of nice or wow! The simple remedy would be to clean the grout with toothbrush and bleach! It’s very simple yet effective.

Overall thumbs up 3/5. Except for, the receptionist told me that the last night I didn’t use would be refundable, and still hasn’t refunded me. Since I had to check out 1 day early. You should do what you tell your customer.

Very affordable and the restaurant below has amazing burgers and fries. Surrounding area may be a little dingy, but it’s not terrible.

Not sure what was needed to get cleaner to clean room . The new cleaner was better then last time stay month prior.

I frequently go on business trips. I get budget friendly hotels if i need to stay for just a while. The location is near Sm Lanang making it accessible to dining and shopping. Checking in was also fast as i came in late at night. However everything was downhill from there. The most important for me is a good nights sleep as im leaving early for meetings the next day, as i was getting ready to sleep the aircon suddenly stopped. I tried to do reset by removing the keycard. I did this for at least 3 times because i thought it was just setting problem. I also felt that the room had a very damp and mouldy feeling. Eventually i gave up and notices that there was no phone i can call the front desk. So i got out of my room and went downstairs to complain. At the same time I asked to buy water, they had none. When i went back up, they told me there was no maintenance and i had to transfer rooms. So i packed up near midnight and trasferred. Good thing one of the front desk just gave me a bottle of drinking water for their coming event. A good consolation. But Red Planet never again.

Its clean. Fast check in. Staff are friendly

There’s no complimentary water or coffee inside the room. I guess the hotel does not want to attract good paying customers. A 3 in 1 coffee pack cost less that 100 pesos wholesale but will be a good convenient offering to patrons… just a thought.

Aircon barely worked. Not a nice room at all. Definitely spend a little more and go somewhere else.

The rooms are awefull and due to a big event we were shoved on the 5th floor that is being renovated in two very small rooms. They told me that that’s all they had when I had booked this hotel weeks in advance from Canada. Disappointed with the staff (except security) who did not show a sign of care. My family and I will not be back to this hotel anymore.

I love that the shopping mall is really nearby.

The hotel is quiet and clean.
