This hotel should not even passed sanitation. It day room was so stinky we were moved to another room but the toilet starts to leak then it smells like sewage, moved again to another room then the brownout, no back up generator had to go up by steps till the 7th floors. We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Still waiting for the refund they promised, will not recommend this hotel👎

The staff were courteous, friendly, and very polite.
There’s however, an issue with maintenance and cleanliness. The grout between the tiles on the floor and the shower walls look dirty and moldy especially the soap holder inside the shower. At first glance your first comment will be “ewe” instead of nice or wow! The simple remedy would be to clean the grout with toothbrush and bleach! It’s very simple yet effective.

Overall thumbs up 3/5. Except for, the receptionist told me that the last night I didn’t use would be refundable, and still hasn’t refunded me. Since I had to check out 1 day early. You should do what you tell your customer.
