Shangri-La Boracay

Excellent service and great facilities, very friendly staff. Would highly recommend, probably the best luxury hotel in Boracay.

I am very impressed that staff strived to provide the best service to their customer all the time. The property was spotless. Although I don't feel a lot of difference as a Jade member, and I know no one is going to tell explicitly, but it will be better if there is some kind of benefit other than the small treat in the restaurant. One the private sand beach, I understand there can be some small twigs as it's come from nature, but I still feel these need to be cleaned from time to time by using some sieve because it is still considered dangerous for our kids. In addition, although the kitchen must have done their best, it does not feel like the dining experience is at the same standards as in Taiwan.

Both the scenery, beaches, facilities are wonderful. The staff are very nice. The sea-view of the room is amazing. We have got a very happy stay there. And the hotel provides both pick-up and departure transfer services from/to Caticlan Airport. Even this hotel is not your first destination, they can still give you an in-advance pick-up service.
