Shangri La Mactan Cebu

The view was spectacular. I could see the ocean, the pools, and beautiful grounds from my balcony. We tried several restaurants, all of which were fabulous. Our favorite was Tea of Spring. Thexstaff were very attentive and the food was outstanding. I had a traditional Philippine massage at Chi Spa. It lasted 2 hours and left me very relaxed and feeling uplifted snd rejuvenated.

Excellent! Clean rooms although a bit old now. I think it needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. Television is a bit outdated as well. Quiet air-conditioning and perfect nice temperature inside the room. Massive hotel with lots of restaurants to choose from and activities to do. Very pleasant garden, nice beach and resort. Perfect for staycation and relaxation or to celebrate occasions. Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. Overall experience is wonderful! Highly recommend.!

Overall it was a good experience for my family esp for my daughters who were there for the first time.

The wife and I stayed at the Shangri-la from August 25th to September 7th. We had no previous experience at a resort setting and so did know what an awesome experience shangri-la would be. From the hotel staff that welcomed you in when you stepped out of the cab to really all the men and woman who work there. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. From the hotel greeters and security, the front desk, the serving staff in all the restaurants, and the people who clean your room. They all made me feel like family. The customer service was exceptional. I now understand that the Shangri-la is a step above the rest! There is so much to do at the hotel grounds alone that the kids and yourself can enjoy that really only you can limit your experience. My wife and I would highly recommend the Shangri-la to anyone and everyone we can. The stay was again exceptional, and thank you for everything you did for my wife and myself. See you again soon lol!

This s our 4th time stay. The breakfast choice is exceptional. Ambience is amazing.

The place’s clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very attentive to our needs. They are friendly and polite. My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. We were there for 2 night. We even got to play tennis.

The best staff ever.

The ocean view was truly breathtaking, and we enjoyed our time relaxing by the balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The staff was warm and accommodating, and the resort facilities lived up to Shangri-La’s reputation for luxury. The only drawback was that the room felt smaller than expected, especially given the price point. Still, the overall experience was memorable, and the view made up for it. Would definitely recommend for a quick getaway and those who love waking up to the sea. 🌊🍷✨

Hotel staff well supported and assisted us to have confortable time.

Good dining options. Staff were excellent with hospitality and service. Hotel was showing signs of ageing and the room carpets were a little dirty-daughter had rashes on her leg each time she sat on the carpet. Soundproofing in the rooms can be a little better too, could hear everything going on in the busy corridor and thumping from upstairs too. Overall still a pleasant stay!
