房間比較舊之外，一切都很好，員工和善、早餐好吃、沙灘美，私人沙灘就可以就近浮潛看到許多魚跟海星，可是有看到許多遊客拿起海星在沙灘玩，沒有人阻止…覺得有點擔心。

The staff are attentive and nice. The quality of all restaurants is super. The room Is a bit old but the overall experience was excellent.

All around a great resort to chill and hang out. Just a short drive from the airport to this oasis. Services were impeccable, as expected, and just the most relaxing and calm atmosphere from beginning to the end. Lots of little pockets of space to chill and relax. We never had a problem with not being able to find a lounge chair or umbrella to sit under either by the pools or on the beach. Shout out to the staff at the beach rec shop… they were most pleasant. The restaurants at the resorts were all great, too. The restaurant staff were all super kind and professional. Our room was spacious and clean. It was not the newest or fanciest but homely and comfortable. The resort grounds were beautiful and well-kept. Also, the resort has the most handsome working dogs... too bad I was not allowed to pat them.

There are a lot of great-looking resort hotels along this strip of Mactan. This is the only one I’ve stayed at, and I’m afraid it’s spoiled me for the rest. The service was impeccable and the dining options were varied, delicious, and fairly reasonable. There are even balloon animals at breakfast buffet. My kids loved the the pools the most, but they also loved the Adventure Zone and my older daughter liked playing Minecraft in the E Zone. If your child is younger than 5, you need to be in the Adventure Zone to supervise though. There also seems to be babysitting available at the pool. I liked the spa, which includes a usage of a pool and saunas before treatments. There were also lots of free scheduled activities. We took advantage of morning yoga, bracelet making, and a swimming clinic. Unfortunately the waves were too tempestuous for paddle-boarding. The beach is very scenic and has plenty of seating and a bar where you can order food and drinks—there are QR does at every side table. The sea was beautiful and there are fish even close to shore, but the sand is grainy. We honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel at all, but if you want you can arrange for boating tours (snorkeling, fishing, diving) at Scotty’s near the beach and city tours and more extended boat trips near the gift shop.

Luxury... we stayed here at the end of a 2 week trip and we didn't leave the hotel. It has everything from great food to beautiful beach area and all the property activities were fabulous 👌 You wont be disappointed.

I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the Philippines. The staff was very respectful, attentive to my needs and questions. The service at the Aqcua restaurant was so great, each morning we were greeted with a warm welcome and they remembered our drink preference every time. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful as well. The lobby lounge was great for a shake or a smoothie anytime. The lobby was surprisingly cool with a nice breeze flowing through. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The one and only drawback for me was the bed was too firm, for me. We were in the ocean side wing, next time I’m requesting an ocean view room instead of the garden view. 5 stars from me on this property and will definitely stay there again.

It was amazing..staff were great amd always helpful. We stayed at the main wing deluxe family room and it was spacious. It even fit an extra bed. There was a separate living area and a balcony. Our view was beautiful. Beds were so comfy. Therw was complimentary water bottles and snacks. The whole place was lovely. Amenities were.top notch. I love that theres a marine sanctuary and love feesing the fish.i wanna go back someday.

Always a pleasant stay. Great amenities, amazing dinner and breakfast buffets and friendly staff. Plenty of activities for the kids to keep them entertained on the property. I would recommend.

Breakfast was too crowded. They can do a little better with service and cleaning up areas.

i will keep staying on this hotel. Im more comfortable bringing my family in this hotel, I feel more relaxed.
